Every class is fun, engaging, challenging and a good workout. The environment could not be more comfortable. With a max class size of 4, you get one on one guidance and every person I’ve been in class with has been super friendly. Lilly is delightful! She is encouraging and motivating. She encourages you to keep going, shows you the right way to do each move and I don’t think I’ve seen her without a smile.
I purchased the black card membership for $ 20/month which includes unlimited red light therapy, hydro massage, massage chairs, tanning, fitness classes, access to any of the 700+ locations, and ½ off all drinks. It’s a great deal. You can pay $ 10/month for just gym access which is also great.
There are a ton!!! of cardio machines including ellipticals, treadmills, and bikes you will never have to fight for one and there is Pelo time limit which is awesome. They have free weights going up to 70lbs, waaaay heavy enough for me, but not if you’re a power lifter and they have pelo squat racks.
